The ingredient of Hot Ice Cream Bread
- 1 1 2 cups 225g self raising flour
- 2 cups 500ml vanilla ice cream melted plus extra frozen ice cream to serve
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250g punnet strawberries hulled roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
The Instruction of hot ice cream bread
- preheat the oven to 180c grease and flour a 12cm x 22cm loaf pan combine the flour melted ice cream and vanilla in a large bowl and stir until the mixture is just combined but still lumpy transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 35 40 minutes until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean set aside to cool slightly then turn out onto a wire rack
- meanwhile combine the strawberries and sugar in a bowl and toss to coat
- slice the bread while warm and serve with strawberries and extra ice cream
