The ingredient of Lamb Steaks With Potato And Mint Salad
- 1 kg baby coliban potatoes
- 1 red capsicum deseeded finely chopped
- 1 red onion quartered finely sliced
- 3 4 cup 190g heinz traditional egg mayonnaise
- salt freshly ground pepper
- 4 heart smart lamb leg steaks
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 4 cup fresh mint leaves

- place the potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with cold water bring to the boil over medium high heat boil for about 10 minutes or until just tender drain and refresh under cold running water
