  • 200g fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons thin cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50g good quality dark chocolate chopped

  • preheat grill on medium high
  • place the walnuts in a single layer on a baking tray place under preheated grill and toast turning occasionally for 1 2 minutes or until lightly toasted transfer to a board and roughly chop
