- 15 garlic cloves skins removed
- 150g butter

- preheat oven to 180u00b0c place garlic and butter in a small saucepan on medium low heat cook stirring occasionally for 10 mins or until garlic is tender reserve 8 garlic cloves in a bowl add the bread and stock to the butter mixture in the saucepan cook stirring until bread is soft and mixture thickens slightly transfer to a blender or food processor blend or process until mixture is smooth add a little extra stock if mixture is too thick cover to keep warm
