  • 1 4 cup brandy
  • 150g green beans halved lengthways
  • 1 4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 gem lettuce leaves separated
  • 1 lebanese cucumber chopped
  • 1 avocado thinly sliced
  • 1 3 cup skinless hazelnuts toasted chopped
  • 1 3 cup golden raisins
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 1 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
