  • 3 cups soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary finely chopped optional
  • 3 cups dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 4 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain flour

  • combine soy sauce garlic and rosemary if using in a large container suitable for marinating
  • bash cutlets flat with meat mallet place cutlets in soy sauce mixture and marinate in the fridge at least 30 minutes or longer
  • preheat oven to 160c prepare oven trays by placing a sheet of baking paper to cover
  • meanwhile combine egg and milk in a small bowl stir lightly with a fork leave aside

  • place the cutlets on the prepared trays and bake for 30 minutes turning them halfway
